Returns and Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Every Unique Vases piece is individually painted by Jess Kilian and produced in limited quantities. Because of the original nature of the artwork, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
  • Minor variations in brushwork, texture, pattern, or color
  • Differences caused by screen or display settings
  • Sale, custom, or personalized pieces

Please review the product photographs, description, and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Handmade Variations

Small variations and imperfections are part of owning a hand-painted piece. Each vase is unique, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. These natural differences are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

The final-sale policy does not apply if your vase arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is different from the item you ordered.

Please contact hello@uniquevases.com within three calendar days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the vase
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Please keep the item and all original packaging while your claim is reviewed.

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on availability, this may be a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. If we require the item to be returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

If we cannot ship your order, or if fulfillment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will contact you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
